About this policy

This policy describes the current Finance & Mind website and its WhatsApp enquiry flow. It covers this website; services such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Meet have their own privacy terms.

Information you choose to provide

The application form asks for your name, age, phone / WhatsApp number, city, occupation and the area you would like to work on. Email and a short note are optional. Please share only information needed for your enquiry, and avoid including sensitive financial, medical or identity documents in the form.

What happens when you apply

The form validates your entries and prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. This static website does not submit the form to a website database, save it in local storage or store a lead record.

When you open the prepared enquiry, your details are included in a WhatsApp URL. That URL is passed to WhatsApp and may appear in browser history. Opening the link is therefore a transfer to WhatsApp, even before you press Send. The message is not sent to Asmita as a chat message until you choose to press Send in WhatsApp.

Messages sent to Asmita

Information you send through WhatsApp is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the program. Those messages remain subject to WhatsApp’s features and policies and the recipient’s handling of the conversation. This website does not automatically enrol you, take a payment or sign you up for marketing.

Website technology and hosting

The current site code does not add analytics trackers, advertising cookies or an embedded chat SDK. Images, styles and scripts are served as website files.

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs to deliver and protect the website. Browser and third-party services may also retain information under their own policies.

External links and services

Choosing a social or WhatsApp link takes you to a separate service. Its privacy practices apply there. You can read WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy before using that service. Online program sessions may use Google Meet and WhatsApp; any additional participation arrangements should be discussed before joining.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can browse without submitting the form, leave optional fields blank, edit the prepared message or close WhatsApp without sending it. For questions about information you have sent, or to request correction or deletion, contact Asmita through the WhatsApp contact below. Requests can be discussed in light of the information held and applicable requirements.
